how it helped me |
Essentials that are needed for an earthquake are water, canned food, batteries, flash light, extra clothes, shoes, rubbing alcohol, bandages, medicine etc. These things are important to have because they can help in small and huge emergencies. The main things I thing I feel that would help you survive is clean fresh water and food. You need 3 days worth of water and food. At least 1 gallon per person per day.

The earthquake preparedness kit helped me and my family by showing us what things we really need during an earthquake. It also helped us by letting us know how much food and water we need during an earthquake. This kit can help pets not be thirsty and hungry. My meeting point with my family would be in the front yard because it would be safer than inside the house.
